We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting dignity and independence. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to person-centered care. This position is four 12's and 48 hours a week.

Quaifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana

    Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards preferred

The Registered Nurse RN consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. Performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current, ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely, attending weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings are key responsibilities of this role. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to make an impact across both home health and hospice. You’ll work in both care settings, giving you a broader clinical experience and the chance to support patients and families throughout their full care journey.
