Work Environment: Resident-centered skilled nursing environment focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with diverse medical and daily living needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), including performance evaluations and development Oversee resident care plans and ensure high-quality care and accurate documentation Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations; participate in surveys and audits Manage staffing, budgets, and departmental resources efficiently Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain positive relationships with residents and families Qualifications: RN required; BSN preferred Long-term care experience with leadership background Active RN license (Nebraska) Nursing administration certification (e.g., CDONA) preferred Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
