Wage: $27.320/hour plus shift differential Effective July 1st the wage will be $28.140 Job Duties – Mental Health Specialist / Med Aide Administer medications under the supervision of an LPN or RN, including oral, inhalation, topical, and installation routes, and perform blood glucose monitoring, reporting out-of-range readings. Assist patients with daily living activities and support individualized treatment plans within a structured, therapeutic environment. Observe and document patient behavior, progress, and responses to treatment, communicating changes to the clinical team. Maintain patient safety, security, and a positive, supportive atmosphere, participating in therapeutic activities and promoting appropriate behaviors. This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations.
