Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies
Provide direct patient care when necessary
Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers
Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

Current RN license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
