Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical problem-solving as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records. Qualifications Current and active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License . Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
