Serenity Hospice PA is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team serving Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. This is a meaningful opportunity to provide hands-on care and support to patients and families during an important stage of life.

Position Overview

The Hospice CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients receiving hospice services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Support patients and families with compassion and respect
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required (Pennsylvania)
Previous hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
