Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home care to elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

?️ Duties & Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support, including transfers and walking assistance
Prepare meals and assist with feeding based on dietary needs
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Remind clients to take medications
Accompany clients to appointments or errands

? Skills & Qualifications

Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, assisting mobility)
Time management and attention to detail
Experience in home care or caregiving preferred

? Requirements

HHA or PCA certification
CPR/First Aid (preferred)
