Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.

  • Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.

  • Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

POSITION SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to assist with medication administration in the facility. Such assistance must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained. PAY Up to $20.00/hour ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES 1. Supports and participates in developing a cohesive care team by leading, motivating and supporting staff in daily operation. 2. Supports a positive and professional image through leadership activities that emulate the organization’s mission statement and encourages a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. 3. Participates in determining the staffing needs. Ensures that a sufficient number of concierge personnel and/or LPN’s/Medication Aides are available for each shift to ensure that quality of care is maintained. Communicates staffing needs to supervisor. 4. Participates in the recruitment, interview, hire and training of care service personnel. 5. Supervises and directs subordinate employees in their work, in the interest of the employer, using independent judgment and discretion, regarding resident care and nonresident care duties.
