In this role, you will serve as a key member of the clinical team, ensuring residents receive timely, accurate, and person-centered care. Working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CMA plays a critical role in promoting resident safety, comfort, and well-being while supporting the implementation of individualized care plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
