Caregiver Overnight Shifts KC

We are seeking caregivers for overnight shift coverage for specific clients in the South Overland Park area. CNA certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with nightly routines including personal care and medication management.
  • Providing companionship and reassurance to our clients during overnight hours.
  • Monitoring the client's well-being, promptly addressing and reporting any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating effectively with the care team to ensure continuity and comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to observe, understand, and respond to the needs of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, their families, and the care team.
  • Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • The ability to work autonomously, guided by compassion and professionalism.
