A well-established skilled nursing facility in Arizona is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Supervisor for the night (NOC) shift. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff on the NOC shift and ensure high-quality resident care
Provide leadership and clinical support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Complete documentation and oversee shift reporting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Arizona or Compact RN license
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
