Your Role

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:

  • Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality resident care.

  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

  • Oversee infection prevention, quality assurance, and staff education programs.

  • Participate in audits, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture and model clinical excellence.

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia RN license

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills

  • Experience in infection prevention or staff education preferred

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends
