We are currently seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Dayshift 7A-7p with professionalism, purpose, and heart. What You’ll Do: As our RN Supervisor, you will: Oversee and support the delivery of resident care on your shift Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality clinical performance Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager on staffing and scheduling needs Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding nursing staff Lead and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings Monitor and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical professionals Track and report on Quality Measures/Indicators (QM/QI) and contribute to performance improvement initiatives Provide ongoing clinical education and leadership to team members Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong clinical skills and a team-focused mindset Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Schedule: Full-time 7a-7p Benefits (Full-Time Employees): Competitive Salary + Shift Differentials Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life & Disability Insurance Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Employee Referral Bonus Program Join a team where your leadership makes a difference every day!
