A Typical Day for an Assisted Living Coordinator with Fieldstone of Dewitt:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality care and support. 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, well-being, and satisfaction. 
  • Manage and coordinate the activities and services provided to residents, including personal care, meals, and recreational programs. 
  • Supervise and support assisted living staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations. 
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create personalized care plans and ensure residents' individual needs are met. 
  • Monitor resident health and wellness, coordinating with healthcare providers to address medical needs promptly. 
  • Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.

Compensation: 

  •  The salary range for this position is: $58,969.87- $89,634.20. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
