As an essential member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

12-hour shifts: 6-630 every other weekend, to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care at all times.
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication management.
Accurate documentation: Document patient care and test results with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication: Collaborate with medical staff, patients, and families to provide exceptional care and support.
Fast-paced environment: Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing quality and accuracy in all tasks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent: Required. Some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Clinical experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting, with a background in Med Tech or a related role a plus.
Attention to detail: Accurately perform and document testing procedures.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and medical staff.

Returns calls as needed. Responds to MyChart as needed. Works in-baskets, daily work flow logs, and work queues in EMR/Practice Management system. Answers incoming calls, schedules appointments, checks-in and out patients, and completes pre-certifications for prescriptions, procedures, and surgeries as needed.
