We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team. The LPN plays a vital role in providing direct nursing care to residents, supporting their health, comfort, and quality of life. This position works under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in South Dakota or compact.
Active CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
