Full job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team in a long-term care setting. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Responsible for Wound Rounds
Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling, mentoring, and performance management.
Coordinate resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
