We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and support our nursing team in a long-term care setting. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

  • Responsible for Wound Rounds

  • Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Coordinate resident care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

  • Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, addressing concerns promptly.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

  • Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Ohio.

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to long-term care.
