We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Restorative CNA to support residents in maintaining or improving their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. The Restorative CNA works closely with nursing staff and therapy teams to implement restorative care programs that promote independence, mobility, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed nurses and therapy staff

Support residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and mobility activities

Encourage residents to participate in activities that maintain independence in daily living skills

Monitor and document residents’ progress, participation, and changes in condition
-
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
-
Observe safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times

Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care

Assist with maintaining clean and organized resident care areas
Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
-
Previous restorative nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Knowledge of restorative care techniques and safe patient handling practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams

Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude

Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely
