School-Based Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide direct care and support to patients in a school-based setting. This role focuses on assisting individuals with daily living activities while promoting comfort, safety, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and record vital signs and patient status
Support hygiene and personal care routines
Communicate patient needs and updates with nurses and care teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Qualifications:

Active CNA certification required
Previous experience in a healthcare, school, or caregiving setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a care team
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
