Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Wilkesboro, NC. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care and efficient workflow

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Carolina

  • Completion of an accredited LPN program

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Minimum of 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
