Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Prepare and administer prescribed medications, record adverse reactions, and report to the supervisor
Educate patients on surgical procedures, record medical information, and vital signs
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, interpret electronic displays, and initiate corrective action
Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients, change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
Participate in discharge planning and record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely

Requirements:

Current RN license in NC
First aid and CPR certification
