Position Highlights at a Glance: Caseload: ~7 patients Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Deliver basic patient care: bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) ✔️ What You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED (preferred) Current state CNA certification (State of WI) CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred 2+ years of experience in inpatient hospital setting (rehab experience preferred) Ready to make a difference—and love where you work? Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift: A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
