This is a hands-on role that requires focus, patience, and a willingness to learn. Training, Pay, and Expectations: 
  • 80 hours of paid, hands-on training at $18/hr, with case-specific mentoring.
  • After training and independent case coverage, pay increases to $36/hr.
  • Potential increase to $38/hr at 6 months based on performance, reliability, and consistency.
  • Looking for a 6-month commitment to support patient care and team stability

What You'll Need:

  • Active Nevada RN license
