School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Stuart, Florida

Take your nursing expertise into the school setting and make a profound impact in a childs life as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This full-time contract opportunity serves an elementary-aged student on a 1:1 basis for the upcoming academic year. Youll work on-site within a close-knit educational environment, offering specialized care and support from the students morning pickup in Ft. Pierceincluding riding the bus togetherall the way through to the end of each school day.

Starting in August and running through early June, youll be deeply involved in your students well-being, providing essential medical oversight such as trach suctioning, tube feeding, oxygen monitoring, and toileting assistance throughout the school day. As a trusted part of the students care team, your calm presence and medical skills will foster confidence both for them and their educational support staff.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN/LVN licensure in good standing
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or 1:1 care setting preferred
  • Skilled in trach suctioning, tube feeding, and managing oxygen needs
  • Ability to commit to riding the school bus daily (Ft. Pierce pickup) with student
  • Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, individualized care for one elementary student throughout each school day
