About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Carthage, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors. Your expertise will enable you to:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans, ensuring individualized attention and support

  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by physicians

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams

  • Monitor resident health status and report changes or concerns to the healthcare team

  • Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care, including assessments, treatments, and medications

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

  • Monitor and report changes in resident health status to the healthcare team

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri

  • Experience working in a long-term care, skilled nursing or related field preferred
