Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to nurse staff

• Support residents' independence and dignity through assistive devices and mobility aids

• Participate in resident care planning and implementation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to identify and address resident needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of an approved STNA training program and registration with the Ohio Department of Health

• New grads welcome!

• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and equipment as needed
