Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Monitor and document resident vital signs, medical conditions, and progress

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

  • Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

  • Active & good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Missouri

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including rotating weekends

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
