RN- Outpatient General Surgery Position Summary 

The Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. Acts as a patient advocate. Provides support, information and direct care. Utilizes equipment and technology skillfully and is technically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues. 

The Registered Nurse position in General Surgery will have a heavy emphasis on clinical support, wound care management, medication management and phone triage. Will work to build Nurse visit patient panel

 

RN- Outpatient General Surgery Position Requirements  

  • Licensed and currently registered as an RN in state of residence
  • Current BLS certification with American Heart Association
  • One to three years experience in a medical office setting preferred

 

RN- Outpatient General Surgery Schedule

  • Monday - Friday

RN- Outpatient General Surgery Benefits
