Crest Healthcare Group is looking for compassionate and dependable Float Pool Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to support our skilled nursing facilities throughout Southern and Central Illinois. Your Role:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within your scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Complete clinical documentation and communicate effectively with care teams
Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
Float between Crest facilities based on staffing needs
Maintain quality standards of care and resident safety
Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license
Strong clinical and communication skills
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities
Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented professional
Passionate about providing compassionate resident care
Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with different teams
