Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical care during weekend shifts

  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to facility policies

  • Provide direct patient care when necessary

  • Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers

  • Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:
