Responsibilities Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is a 126-bed, inpatient psychiatric hospital and start-up joint venture between Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine and Universal Health Services. In addition to a general adult unit and dedicated adolescent unit, the facility offers services for treating those with co-occurring disorders on the psychiatric-medical unit, an intensive adult unit to care for those with severe conditions, as well as a women’s trauma unit. Education: Master’s degree in Nursing Experience: Five (5) years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population. Attends and provides input into required meetings which may include clinical and leadership huddles, team conference, family conferences, admissions meeting, quality meeting, site specific meetings, and other meetings as needed. Implements plans in collaboration with leadership to ensure annual and ongoing employee feedback through corporate surveys, training feedback surveys and other ad hoc surveys as needed. Assists in analysis of results and implements action plans to address concerns and promote employee engagement. Ensures patient council meetings are conducted monthly and patient feedback is shared, concerns addressed and incorporated into program performance and management. Ensures compliance with NTR performance measurement and management program including incident report, investigation, RCA reviews, tracking and analysis of direct care quality metrics within scope of license. Evaluates performance of assigned staff. Performs other duties as requested. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Current State Driver's License in good standing required. Assisted Living, Personal Care Administrator, Nursing Facility Administrator License as defined by state requirements, required within 90 days or as defined by regulation.
