As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey. Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport wheelchair-bound patients, as well as ambulatory patients and those requiring assistance, to and from medical appointments and other destinations

  • Provide exceptional care and attention to detail while transporting residents, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times

  • Effectively communicate with the clinical team and residents' families to ensure smooth transfers and updates

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols

  • Be self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn and grow with our company

Requirements:

  • Current CNA1 certification

  • Valid driver's license

  • CPR certified or willing to obtain

  • Ability to work dayshift hours with flexibility for appointment times

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
