Job Summary:

At Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while leading by example and supporting your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care , utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland

  • 6-12 months of clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff
