Job Summary:

At Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while leading by example and supporting your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care , utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes

Requirements:

Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland
6-12 months of clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff
