Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Manage, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ needs.
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance and infection prevention programs.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably in long-term care.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
