Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in school nursing or working with children K-12 highly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions with confidence
- Passion for working with students, staff, and families in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide health care and first aid to students and staff as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor students with medical needs
- Respond to health emergencies and collaborate with school staff regarding students' health plans
- Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents regarding health concerns
- Promote a healthy, safe environment in accordance with district and state guidelines
