The unit operates 24 hours per day with Anesthesia and Nurse Practitioner medical coverage.
This is a full time evening position
Bachelor's degree is nursing required and Master's degree in nursing is strongly preferred.

Job Summary
SummaryDirects, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.
Essential Functions
Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff.
Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital
Develops and implements staffing plans.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required or
Master's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse RN - MA license required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred
Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred
Experience
Nursing experience 2-3 years required and
Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred
