Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as an RN or LPN/LVN in Massachusetts
Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations, especially those with seizures or mobility challenges
Comfortable utilizing lifts and supporting wheelchair-bound students
Strong communication skills, especially in working with non-verbal students
CPR/BLS certification (required)
Ability to remain attentive, calm, and flexible during transport and transitions

Primary Responsibilities:

Accompany the assigned student on their daily bus rides, providing 1:1 medical support
Monitor for and respond appropriately to seizure activity or medical emergencies
Assist with any medical interventions or documentation as needed during transport
Liaise professionally with school staff and transportation personnel to ensure safe, seamless care
