About Us
Reflections Center for Cosmetic Medicine is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team of highly trained medical professionals. Our providers include board-certified cosmetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and experienced aesthetic specialists dedicated to delivering natural, results-driven care using advanced technologies and techniques.
This role supports patient care and clinical operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and requires availability to work at both our Martinsville and Livingston locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a safe, secure, and professional environment for patients and team members while enhancing the overall quality of care
- Support provider-to-patient flow to ensure an efficient and productive office environment
- Assist in answering patient questions and addressing concerns before, during, and after treatment
- Accurately update and maintain electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare treatment rooms with necessary injectables, devices, and supplies prior to appointments
- Assist providers directly during treatments and procedures
- Ensure all lasers and medical devices are properly prepared and functioning
- Escort patients to treatment rooms and review medical history to ensure accurate documentation
- Prepare patients for treatment, including blood draws, numbing, cleansing, photography, and consent collection
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records for clinical, billing, and provider review
- Monitor and restock medical supplies as needed
- Respond to patient calls, pharmacy refill requests, and prior authorizations in a timely manner
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and overall satisfaction

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AT BOTH REFLECTIONS LOCATIONS AS NEEDED - MARTINSVILLE & LIVINGSTON NJ**
**WORKING HOURS INCLUDE BOTH DAYTIME (ex. 9am-5pm) AND EVENING SHIFTS (ex. 11am-7pm) , ALL STAFF IS REQUIRED TO WORK 1-2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH**
-One or more years of experience as a medical assistant at a healthcare facility
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Working knowledge of patient management software systems
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
