The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Rome is seeking an RN Supervisor to work 4 x 10-hour shifts! WEEKENDS OFF!


Position type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 1pm-11pm
Pay range: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour

Position Overview:

The RN Supervisor at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Rome plays a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and long-term planning of patient care, overseeing staff, collaborating with physicians, and providing both physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff to understand care needs

  • Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet patient care requirements
