$30-$35/hour DOE
Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities throughout the continental United States. We pride ourselves on providing operational guidance and programs to enable nursing facilities to overachieve their quality and operational goals.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactive candidate outreach, and has a true “hunter” mentality to identify and engage top nursing talent.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and recruit Registered Nurses for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute care facilities
Utilize job boards, resume databases, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build strong RN candidate pipelines
Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and email outreach to prospective candidates daily
Identify passive candidates and engage them through strategic sourcing techniques
Partner closely with recruiters, facility leadership, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority RN roles
Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives as needed
Track sourcing activity and meet weekly performance metrics and recruitment goals
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience required
Must have proven “hunting” experience with proactive outbound sourcing and cold outreach
Experience recruiting Registered Nurses strongly preferred
Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare staffing preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and resume databases
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
Must have an RN license
