Job Summary:

Meadow Falls of Bath is seeking a dedicated Care Giver to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Care Giver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed, to promote independence and dignity
• Provide personalized care and hygiene assistance, including incontinence care and toileting, to maintain resident comfort and well-being
• Ensure the safety and comfort of our residents by assisting with mobility and transfers, and adapting to their unique needs
• Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversations and activities that promote socialization and joy
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness
• Record accurate and timely documentation of care and resident information, ensuring seamless communication among care team members
• Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, reporting any issues to supervisors to ensure prompt resolution
