Position Summary Meadow Falls Bath is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Resident Assistants to support our residents with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role is essential in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and hydration Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship Support activities and encourage resident engagement Follow care plans and facility policies Qualifications Previous caregiver, STNA/CNA, or assisted living experience preferred (but not required—we will train!)
