Pay range for this position is $37.05 - $54.54/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Time Off Frontload Bonus. OSF will invest in you Day 1! Candidates with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Holiday/Vacation time off frontloaded on the first day. This is in addition to our generous PTO plans!

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

License/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan). Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BSN

Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment

Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency

Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) is a first assistant for surgical procedures. They are responsible for the care of the patient under the direction of the surgeon. They collaborate with the surgeon and surgical team to create effective patient care plans for our surgical patients. Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS (Basic Life Support) CPR or approved equivalent (must include infant through adult, one and two-man rescuer, use of AED, and choking with hands-on CPR skills return demonstration, and must be pre-approved by Org Dev/Human Resources) completed prior to employment.
