Right at Home Wilmington is hiring a dependable and compassionate caregiver for a consistent weekend morning schedule providing one-on-one care in a client’s home.

This role is ideal for caregivers, CNAs, students, retirees, or anyone looking to supplement their hours with meaningful part-time work.

Schedule

  • Saturdays & Sundays

  • 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

  • Consistent weekly hours

  • Additional shifts may be available

Pay & Benefits

  • $16–$17/hour depending on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Provide companionship and engaging conversation

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and safety

  • Prepare simple meals and snacks

  • Observe and report changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

  • Caregiving or CNA experience preferred

  • Bed-bound care experience preferred but not required

  • Dementia care experience is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle

  • Dependable, attentive, and compassionate
