We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. The right candidate brings patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents in their daily lives.  

New CNA’s and temp NA’s are welcome. 

Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. Morning and overnight shifts available.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting 

  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort 

  • Assist with feeding and monitor dietary intake as needed 

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents 

  • Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner 

Compensation: 

  • Hourly compensation starting at $19.50 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills 

  • Flexible scheduling 

  • Weekend Baylor program and shift differentials available 

  • Sign-on bonus up to $1500 

  • Transportation assistance available

Qualifications: 

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
