About the Role

As a caregiver, you will provide quality care and support to clients in Franklin, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort at home. If you are passionate about meaningful care and building strong relationships, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on each client’s needs and care plan
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility (as applicable)
• Offer companionship and social support
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
• Report any changes in client condition
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
