Pay Rate: Starting $19/hour and up

As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Advance, you will play a vital role in our skilled nursing facility by ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with their prescribed treatment plans
• Monitor and record vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, and temperature
• Provide basic care services, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair and stretcher use
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and other resident care activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff


Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:

• Active & good standing Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license in Missouri.
• Previous experience/skills in a LTC/Senior Living or related field preferred
• Active CPR certification
