Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides general nursing care to patients, families and caregivers in the Medical Group practices. Education/Experience Requirements

Required:

Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing program

Preferred:

Bachelors or Masters of Science in Nursing from accredited nursing program

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Required:

Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse;
Basic Life Support Certification - Must receive BLS certification within 6 weeks of hire date
