Step into an impactful role supporting student wellness as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in a school-based setting near Glendale, AZ. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Arizona.
  • Previous experience working as a CNA, preferably in a school, pediatric, or similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to follow care plans and document health services accurately.
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting children with diverse needs.
  • Reliable and punctual, committed to the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily health and personal care to students as needed.
  • Administer medication and first aid according to school protocols.
  • Support health screenings, immunization tracking, and other nurse-led initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of care, incidents, and communications.
  • Assist in health education efforts and promote a healthy school environment.
  • Respond calmly in emergency situations and support crisis interventions under guidance of school nurse or administration.
