Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) Job Description:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs
